Refund Policy

The Quick and Easy Refund Policy

With regards to services provided through Influence Global, LLC, which entity I set up to process payments for speaking engagements, book sale royalties, consulting fees, course fees, and any other revenue I may be privileged to obtain, I provide the following refund policies for the respective services:

• Speaking engagements: If I cancel an engagement fewer than 30 days from the event date,  I will fully refund any fees paid, if requested within 90 days of the event date.
• Consulting fees: Non-refundable.
• Book sale royalties: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date, and you cannot obtain a refund through the retailer through which you made the original purchase, or if the item was purchased directly from me, then I will fully refund the cost of your order.
• Course fees: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date, then I will fully refund the cost of your order.
