Welcome to the recently redesigned DonLoper.com, folks. Designed and coded by two talented individuals to be fully responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
This new website was inspired by a fortunate series of events that have led me to rebrand myself as something of a knowledge expert or thought leader (terms I’m still uncomfortable using to describe myself–but if it’s good for business I’ll fall on the sword). It started when I was talking with Cheryl Snapp Conner and Adam Torkildson (who does, in fact, bear a striking resemblance to Tom Cruise) about what PR I could do for my online marketing firm MWI. As we talked we realized MWI by itself isn’t a very interesting story. It’s an online marketing firm. No big whoop. They convinced me my own story as an entrepreneur was more interesting, and to focus on that, and here we are.
Thanks also go to David Scoville and Michelle Payne who did the heavy lifting, as well as my wife and others who gave input and feedback. And thanks to all of you who keep coming back to the blog and reading. Even if you don’t comment I check the stats and I know you’re there, even if I don’t know who you are (although I’ve got a request in to my buddies at the NSA).
If you have any feedback please leave your comments. Thanks!

Wow! AT certainly does look like Tom Cruise!
I too have been influenced by Cheryl Conner and even responded to her directly in my most recent blog post http://www.modern8.com/design-doesnt-matter/ although I’m likewise unsure about the “thought leader” category and having an interesting story.
