Building an engaged email list is important. I know. You don’t have to tell me. I’m the guy who tells everyone else that not building an email list back in 2002, when I started blogging, is one of my greatest regrets (not buying tons of Bitcoin at $1 apiece is another).
Today, I have an email list. There are about 3,600 subscribers on it.
I get signups every single month, about 100.
Every time I send out an email, I lose subscribers, about 100 per month.
My email list has been flat for a long time. That said, I still get great results. Multiple times, I’ve been able to send something I launched out to my group and generate $50-60K in sales.
What kills me is that I know if I were more on top of my email game, I could get 10x the results, maybe 100x the results.
What also kills me is that I know how to build an email list. I know the tools, the tactics, and the tricks.
What I don’t have is the time and attention.
So here’s what I need…
I need someone who knows how to take a website, just like this one, create an email list building strategy, and execute it. Then, I need them to tell me the best ways to engage that list.
Don’t tell me, “Create lots of great content and everything will work out! Just give value!” That’s critical, of course, but it’s not enough.
I need someone who knows the exact tools to use, and exactly how to set them up. I need someone who can tell me what lead magnet I should create, and how I should place it on my site. I need someone who can then hold me accountable to create the great content, and give me advice on how to improve it.
Most of all, I need someone who has done it before. I need someone who says, “I’ve worked on several websites like yours before. Here’s one where the owner had a list of 500 emails, and I grew it to 50,000 in six months and 10x’d revenue. Here’s how I did it…”
Is that too much to ask for? Then tell me what you think is realistic.
And the thing is, I don’t just need this for this personal website of mine. I need it for my marketing agency, for my LinkedIn agency, for my PR firm, my podcast management agency, and a bunch of other businesses, not to mention clients.
What can I offer? Everything you need, everything you want, and more. If you can do what I need, I will make it worth your while and then some.
